[JUSTIFY]استئناف المفاوضات انتهاك للاجماع الوطني وهدم لمكونات منظمة التحرير يا ابناء شعبنا الفلسطيني في الوطن والشتات: نزولا عند موقف حكومة الاحتلال وخلافا للالتزامات المعلنة امام الشعب الفلسطيني وخروجا على قرار الاجماع الوطني والمجلس المركزي لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية وفي سياق معاكس لحالة الالتفاف الوطني حول قراره بعدم العودة للمفاوضات دون الافراج عن الاسرى والوقف التام للاستيطان والالتزام بمرجعية قرارات الشرعية الدولية ذات الصلة بالقضية الفلسطينية، تم استئناف ما يسمى بالمفاوضات الثنائية السرية بالاستناد للنوايا والوعود الامريكية المعهودة، الامر الذي اثلج صدر الاحتلال وجعله يتنفس الصعداء بعد طول عزلة ومراوغة وانتظار ووفر له الغطاء لمواصلة الاستيطان وجرائم حرب الإباده والحصار للانسان الفلسطيني وضد ارضه ومياهه واقتصاده ولقمة عيشه ومقدساته دون رادع او رقيب او حسيب، وهو ما يعيد الساحة الفلسطينية للغوص من جديد في متاهة ودوامة المفاوضات من اجل المفاوضات ويقوض جهود استعادة الوحدة وانهاء الانقسام ويفاقم الازمة الوطنية الشاملة التي طالت شتى مناحي الحياة وباتت تهدد منجزات وثوابت نضالنا التحرري الوطني والديمقراطي ووحدة النسيج الوطني والاجتماعي. ان الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين تدرك بأن التناقض الرئيس كان وما زال وسيبقى مع الاحتلال، وايمانا منها بعدالة قضية شعبنا وحقه في النضال والمقاومة بكافة اشكالها من اجل انهاء الاحتلال والاستيطان وتحرير كافة الاسرى والظفر بحقوقه الوطنية غير القابلة للتصرف في العودة وتقرير المصير والدولة المستقلة وعاصمتها القدس ، لتؤكد على مايلي :- 1- التمسك بموقف الاجماع الوطني ومؤسسات منظمة التحرير برفض الاذعان للضغوط والتدخلات الخارجية التي تقوض القرار والموقف الوطني بعدم العودة للمفاوضات، دون الافراج عن الاسرى ووقف الاستيطان واستناد المفاوضات لمرجعية قرارات الشرعية الدولية. 2- مطالبة الرئاسة الفلسطينية وفريق التفاوض بالانسحاب الفوري من هذه المفاوضات التصفوية واعطاء الاولوية لاستئناف جهود تنفيذ اتفاق المصالحة وانهاء الانقسام واستعادة الوحدة الوطنية، باعتبارها السبيل الوحيد لتغيير ميزان القوى المختل لصالح الاحتلال وانتزاع حقوق شعبنا في الحرية والاستقلال والعودة. 3- ان البديل الوطني الديمقراطي والانساني لنهج ومفاوضات اوسلو العبثية والتي اعلنت قيادة منظمة التحرير مرارا وتكرارا فشلها ووصولها الى طريق مسدود ولما يسمى بالسلام الاقتصادي والتجاري التطبيعي والدولة ذات الحدود المؤقتة، هو اعادة القضية الوطنية برمتها الى هيئة الامم والانضواء في منظماتها المعنية بما فيها محكمة الجنايات الدولية وبناء نظام سياسي ديمقراطي مقاوم قادر على وضع الاحتلال في موضع المساءلة والردع والعقاب والخضوع للقانون الدولي واتفاقات جنيف. 4- مطالبة الرئاسة الفلسطينية وجامعة الدول العربية بتحمل المسؤولية في الدعوة لانعقاد مجلس الامن الدولي لإدانة ووقف تسونامي الاستيطان وتهويد مدينة القدس والتوجه بطلب نيل العضوية الكاملة لدولة فلسطين، وتفعيل فتوى محكمة لاهاي وقرار جولدستون في الدورة القادمة للجمعية العامة للامم المتحدة في ايلول سبتمبر القادم، وقطع الطريق على المناورات الرامية لطمس القضية الفلسطينية تحت ستار من المفاوضات الخادعة والمضللة التي تستهدف استبدال قضية العرب المركزية بوصفها جوهر الصراع في المنطقة بما يسمى الصراع السني الشيعي والخطر النووي الايراني واعداد المسرح لحرب جديدة على شعوب المنطقة. 5- مطالبة حركتي فتح وحماس وحكومتي غزة ورام الله بالتحرك العاجل لوقف التطاول على حقوق المواطن السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية وانتهاك الحريات العامة، فالقرار للشعب مصدر الشرعية والوطن للجميع، وبوقف تغليبهما للصراع على السلطة والمصالح الفئوية والشخصية على حساب الصراع الاساس مع الاحتلال والمصالح الوطنية العليا، ودعوة الاطار القيادي - لجنة الحوار العليا المنبثقة عن اتفاق المصالحة للالتئام الفوري في العاصمة المصرية من اجل وضع الآليات لاستعادة الوحدة على اساس (وثيقة الاسرى) وثيقة الوفاق الوطني ونتائج حوارات المصالحة لانهاء الانقسام. 6- التمسك بعقد المؤتمر الدولي تحت اشراف الامم المتحدة بحضور كافة الاطراف المعنية وفق اطار زمني محدد لتنفيذ قرارات الشرعية ذات الصلة بالقضية الفلسطينية وتأمين الحمايه الدوليه المؤقته لشعبنا لتمكينه من تجسيد دولته المستقلة على الارض كما اقرتها الجمعية العامة للامم المتحدة في 29 تشرين الثاني نوفمبر الماضي ونيل السيادة الوطنية والعودة وتقرير المصير. 7- توجيه التحية لوسائل الاعلام الفلسطيني وللصمود في مواجهة قمع الاحتلال وتطاول اوساط امنية في حكومتي غزة ورام الله، ودعوة الاعلاميين لحماية واحترام التعددية السياسية والفكرية والقيام بدورهم في صيانة حق وحرية التعبير عن الرأي ومطالبة قطاع الاعلام الوطني العام ان يكون منصفا وموضوعيا في قيامه بواجبه اتجاه ابناء شعبنا والراي العام وتمكينه من الاطلاع على الحقيقة دون زيادة او نقصان. ان الحال الذي انتهت اليه القضية الوطنية في ظل سعار العدوان والاستيطان والحصار والتطبيع واستفحال الانقسام التدميري، تتطلب الشروع في تحرك شعبي منظم ضاغط ومستدام داخل الوطن وخارجه لاسقاط اوسلو، ولوقف المفاوضات وانهاء الانقسام. في الذكرى الثانية عشرة لاستشهاد القائد الوطني والقومي الكبير فارس الانتفاضة الامين العام السابق لحزبنا الرفيق ابو علي مصطفى نجدد العهد والقسم على الوفاء لدماء الشهداء و للاهداف التي قضوا من اجلها، وعلى ان نبقى الاوفياء لشعاره الخالد - نقاوم لا نساوم. المجد للشهداء الحريه للاسرى الهزيمه للاحتلال والنصر لشعبنا المكتب السياسي 26/8/20130 دولة فلسطين A statement issued by the Political Bureau of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine The resumption of negotiations violates the national consensus and demolishes the institutions of the PLO O Palestinian people in the homeland and shatat: The return to negotiations is contrary to the commitments made before the Palestinian people and a violation of the national consensus decision and that of the Central Council of the Palestine Liberation Organization to not return to negotiations without the release of prisoners, the complete cessation of settlement-building, and commitment to international law and legitimate resolutions as the reference for the Palestinian cause. This was the declared position of the PA. Now, the resumption of the so-called bilateral negotiations on a confidential basis of the usual U.S. promises and intentions, have given the occupation a sigh of relief after a long period of isolation and maneuvering and waiting, and have given the occupation cover to continue its settlement, war crimes, genocide, and siege of the Palestinian people, land, water, economy and holy places entirely unchecked. On the other hand, the Palestinian political arena is once again diving into the labyrinth of negotiations for continued negotiations, undermining all efforts to restore unity and end the division, and exacerbating the comprehensive national crisis, which has affected all walks of life and now threatens the fundamentals and achievements of our national democratic liberation struggle, the unity of the national and social fabric. The PFLP realizes the principal contradiction is and will remain with the occupation. However, based on the justice of the cause of our people, their right to struggle and resist in all forms in order to end the occupation and settlements, free all the prisoners, and secure their national inalienable rights of return, self-determination, independence and our capital Jerusalem, and emphasize the following: 1) We uphold as a minimum the national consensus position and that of the PLO institutions to refuse to bow to external pressures and interventions that undermine the national decision and position, to not return to negotiations without the release of prisoners, the end of settlements, and the reference as the resolutions of international legitimacy. 2) We demand the Palestinian presidency and negotiating team immediately withdraw from these liquidationist negotiations and prioritize the resumption of efforts to implement reconciliation and restore national unity as the only way to alter the balance of power skewed in favor of the occupation and achieve the rights of our people to freedom, independence and return. 3) The alternative national democratic approach to end the negotiations and the absurd Oslo process. The PLO leadership has failed repeatedly and has reached an impasse and the so-called economic peace and trade agreements and "state with temporary borders", instead should bring the whole national issue to the UN and all relevant international organizations including the International Criminal Court, and build a democratic political system of resistance that is able to hold the occupation accountable and impose deterrence and punishment, and force it to submit to international law and the Geneva Conventions. 4) We demand the Palestinian presidency and the Arab League take responsibility in calling upon the UN Security Council to condemn and end the tsunami of settlement, the Judaization of Jerusalem, and pursue full membership of the State of Palestine, activating its status at the Court at the Hague and addressing the Goldstone report at the next session of the General Assembly of the United Nations next September, and end the maneuvers aimed at obliterating the Palestinian cause under the guise of deceptive and misleading negotiations aimed at replacing the Palestinian cause as the central core of the conflict in the region, including the so-called Sunni-Shia conflict and the "Iranian nuclear threat" and setting the stage for a new war on the peoples of the region. 5) We call on Fateh and Hamas and the governments of Gaza and Ramallah to take urgent action to stop the violation of the rights of the people, including political economic and social rights and violation of public freedoms. The people are the source of the legitimacy and the homeland for all must be placed above power struggle and factional and personal interests, which are pursued at the expense of the conflict with the occupation and the higher national cause. We call on the leadership to activate the framework of the dialogue committee emanating from the higher reconciliation agreement in Cairo in order to develop mechanisms to restore unity on the basis of the prisoners' document, the national accord and the results of reconciliation to end the division. 6) We call for the international conference under the auspices of the UN, in the presence of all concerned parties in accordance with a specified time frame to implement resolutions related to the Palestinian cause and secure temporary international protection for our people to enable them to build their independent state on their land, as approved by the General Assembly of the UN on 29 November last year and exercise their national sovereignty, return and self-determination. 7) We salute Palestinian journalists for their steadfastness in the face of occupation repression and security harassment from the governments of Gaza and Ramallah. We call on journalists to do their part to protect political and intellectual pluralism and maintain the right of freedom of expression and for the media sector to be fair and objective in carrying out its duty to inform our people, reflect their public opinion and enable them to see the truth without exaggeration or diminishment. The situation, which our national cause faces today under intensive aggression, settlement, siege and normalization and rampant destructive division, requires us to initiate an organized popular movement and sustainable movement inside and outside Palestine to bring down Oslo, end the negotiations and end the division. On the 12th anniversary of the martyrdom of the great national leader of the intifada, the former General Secretary of our Party, comrade Abu Ali Mustafa, we renew our covenant and our pledge to the blood of the martyrs, to fulfill the objectives for which they died. We remain loyal to his immortal slogan, Resist, do not compromise Glory to the martyrs, freedom for the prisoners, defeat for the occupation and victory for our people!
